Welcome to our very first issue! The sun is both judge and jury in deciding between light and darkness, night and day. But most decisions, most situations, most emotions live somewhere in the shadows between– as does humanity. And as the sun begins its ascent, as we hover on the cusp of a new year, it is only fitting that our first issue deals with the shadows that recede at dawn.
